Description

This viral 2-ingredient Japanese cheesecake is a high-protein breakfast hack that’s taken TikTok and Instagram by storm. Light, airy, creamy, and surprisingly indulgent, it delivers cheesecake vibes with minimal effort, no baking, and just two simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup thick Fage Greek Yogurt or Siggi’s strained yogurt
  • 810 Lotus Biscoff cookies

Instructions

  1. Add thick Greek yogurt to a small bowl, jar, or ramekin.
  2. Place whole Lotus Biscoff cookies vertically around the sides or crush them and press into the base.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours or overnight.
  4. Allow the cookies to soften and the yogurt to thicken into a cheesecake-like texture.
  5. Scoop and enjoy straight from the jar or bowl.

Notes

Use very thick yogurt for best results. Avoid runny yogurt or the cheesecake will not set properly. Chill overnight for the fluffiest texture and most authentic viral result.
