- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry and place them in a bowl with buttermilk, then let soak for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Remove shrimp from buttermilk and coat each piece evenly in the mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C.
- Place shrimp in a single layer in the basket and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.
- Toss cooked shrimp in the sauce or drizzle on top.
- Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
