Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoons raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder or 1 small cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup filtered water (warm or cold)
  • Few slices fresh ginger (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour the filtered water into a glass or jar.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar.
  3. Stir in the fresh lemon juice.
  4. Add honey if using.
  5. Mix in cinnamon or ginger if desired.
  6. Stir well until fully combined.
  7. Add ice for a cold version.
  8. Sip slowly using a straw.
