Packed with seasoned ground beef, crisp lettuce, fresh toppings, creamy house sauce, and crispy ranch fries, this easy dinner is hearty, satisfying, and perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon burger seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cups shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound frozen waffle fries
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bake the waffle fries according to package directions until crispy.
  2. Toss the hot fries with melted butter and ranch seasoning.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic powder, paprika, and horseradish until smooth to make the house sauce.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned.
  5. Add burger seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and cook for 2 to 3 more minutes.
  6. Divide the shredded lettuce among serving bowls.
  7. Top with seasoned beef, cherry tomatoes, red onion, pickles, and cheddar cheese.
  8. Drizzle generously with the house sauce.
  9. Serve with ranch fries on the side or add them directly into the bowls.

Notes

For a low carb version, skip the fries and add extra vegetables. Ground turkey or chicken can be substituted for beef. Store ingredients separately for meal prep and assemble just before serving for the freshest texture.
