- 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced

- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Optional: 2 tablespoons pesto or pesto mayo
Instructions
- Slice the tomatoes and fresh mozzarella evenly.
- Cut the bread in half and lightly toast if desired.
- Drizzle olive oil on the inside of the bread.
- Layer mozzarella slices on the bread.
- Add tomato slices evenly over the mozzarella.
- Top with fresh basil leaves.
