  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (optional)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (or gluten-free/low-carb alternatives)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter (for brushing)
  • Optional veggies: spinach, bell peppers, caramelized onions

Instructions

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, then toss in diced chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Cook until golden and juicy.
  2. If using vegetables, sauté them in the same skillet until tender.
  3. In a bowl, mix cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, and cream cheese (if using) to create a cheesy blend.
