Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 12 ounces turkey sausage or beef sausage, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: sour cream and chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss halved baby potatoes and sliced turkey sausage with olive oil, dry ranch packet, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and fork-tender.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top and return to the oven for another 5–10 minutes, or until the cheese topping is bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and a dollop of sour cream if desired.
Notes
For extra crisp, roast potatoes on the top rack. Add chili flakes or hot sauce for spice. Try russet or sweet potatoes for variety, or swap in different cheeses like Monterey Jack or mozzarella.
