Ingredients

  • Chicken breast sliced thinly
  • Lo mein noodles or spaghetti
  • Carrots
  • Cabbage
  • Bell peppers
  • Garlic
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Sugar
  • Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium high heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. Add garlic and vegetables to the pan and stir fry briefly.
