- 500g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and black pepper.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
- Remove shrimp from pan and set aside.
- Add garlic to the same pan and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in cream and let it simmer gently.
- Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Return shrimp to the pan and coat with sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overcook shrimp to keep them tender. Keep the sauce at a gentle simmer and adjust thickness with milk if needed.
