Ingredients

  • 500g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
  4. Remove shrimp from pan and set aside.
  5. Add garlic to the same pan and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in cream and let it simmer gently.
  7. Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  8. Return shrimp to the pan and coat with sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not overcook shrimp to keep them tender. Keep the sauce at a gentle simmer and adjust thickness with milk if needed.
