Description

These creamy seafood stuffed shells combine tender pasta, a rich seafood and cheese filling, and a smooth cream sauce for a comforting yet elegant baked dish perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 300g shrimp (chopped)
  • 200g crab meat
  • 150g scallops (chopped)
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells in salted water until just tender, then drain.
  2. In a pan, cook shrimp and scallops with garlic until just done.
  3. Combine cooked seafood with crab, ricotta, parmesan, and parsley.
  4. Mix filling until smooth and well combined.
  5. Melt butter in a pan and add cream, simmer gently.
  6. Season sauce with salt and black pepper.
  7. Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture.
  8. Arrange shells in a baking dish.
  9. Pour sauce over shells ensuring they are fully covered.
  10. Bake until golden and bubbling, then rest before serving.
