Ingredients
- Frozen hash browns
- Beef sausage, cooked and crumbled
- Eggs
- Milk
- Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker to prevent sticking.
- Layer hash browns at the bottom of the crockpot, then add cooked beef sausage, bell peppers, and onions. Continue layering until all ingredients are used.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then pour the mixture evenly over the layers.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and cover with the crockpot lid. Cook on low for 6–8 hours.
- Once set and golden, allow the casserole to cool slightly before serving warm.
