Ingredients
- Brown sugar
- Water

Instructions
- Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and water to a microwave-safe cup.
- Heat in the microwave for one minute.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Add vanilla extract and let the syrup cool.
- Brew blonde espresso, cold brew, or strong brewed coffee.
- Fill a mason jar with ice.
- Add 2–3 tablespoons of brown sugar syrup.
- Pour the hot or chilled coffee over the ice.
- Close the lid and shake for 20–30 seconds until frothy.

Notes
