Description

If you’re looking for a simple, fat-burning tea that fits easily into your daily routine, this Moringa Tea Recipe is a great place to start. Known as a natural detox drink, moringa tea can help reduce bloating, boost metabolism, and keep you full of energy all day. It’s easy to prepare, full of nutrients, and offers a gentle, caffeine-free alternative to coffee or green tea.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 teaspoon moringa powder or 1012 fresh moringa leaves
  • 1 ½ cups of water
  • ½ teaspoon grated ginger or 34 thin slices of fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
  • A few mint leaves for freshness

Instructions

  1. Bring 1 ½ cups of water to a soft boil in a small pot or tea kettle.
  2. Add moringa powder (or fresh moringa leaves) and ginger, then stir well to combine.
  3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 5–7 minutes to allow nutrients and flavors to infuse.
  4. Remove from heat and strain into a cup using a fine strainer.
  5. Add lime juice and honey if desired, then stir and add a few mint leaves for a refreshing flavor.
  6. Enjoy warm in the morning on an empty stomach for best fat-burning results or serve it iced for a refreshing detox drink.

Notes

Drink this moringa tea once or twice daily for best results. Avoid adding milk or refined sugar. You can customize the recipe by adding lemon, extra ginger, or a few drops of apple cider vinegar for enhanced detox effects. Store dried moringa leaves or powder in a tightly sealed container away from moisture and sunlight to maintain freshness.
