- 2 cans tuna or 2 fresh tuna steaks
- 1 pound small potatoes
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup green beans
- 2 cups lettuce
- 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup olives
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender and set aside to cool slightly.
- Cook eggs to hard-boiled stage, cool them, peel, and slice.
- Blanch green beans in salted water for 2–3 minutes.
- Transfer green beans to ice water to preserve color and texture.
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper to prepare the dressing.
- Arrange lettuce on a serving platter.
- Place tuna, potatoes, green beans, tomatoes, olives, and eggs neatly over the lettuce.
- Drizzle dressing evenly over the salad.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.

Use high-quality tuna for the best flavor. Assemble the salad just before serving to keep ingredients fresh and avoid sogginess. Lightly seared fresh tuna can be used instead of canned tuna.
