Description
This pink gelatin recipe for weight loss is a light, refreshing, protein-rich snack inspired by the Dr Oz gelatin trick. It satisfies sweet cravings, supports appetite control, and fits easily into a healthy daily routine.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 tablespoons plain gelatin powder
- 1 cup sugar-free cranberry or pomegranate juice
- 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- Add cold water to a bowl and sprinkle gelatin evenly on top. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Warm the juice gently in a small pot over low heat without boiling.
- Pour the warm juice into the bloomed gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or small cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy as a light snack or before meals.
Notes
For a softer texture, use 1½ tablespoons gelatin instead of 2. Avoid fresh pineapple, kiwi, or papaya juice, as they prevent gelatin from setting. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
