Description

This pink gelatin recipe for weight loss is a light, refreshing, protein-rich snack inspired by the Dr Oz gelatin trick. It satisfies sweet cravings, supports appetite control, and fits easily into a healthy daily routine.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons plain gelatin powder
  • 1 cup sugar-free cranberry or pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Add cold water to a bowl and sprinkle gelatin evenly on top. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. Warm the juice gently in a small pot over low heat without boiling.
  3. Pour the warm juice into the bloomed gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or small cups.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until fully set.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy as a light snack or before meals.

Notes

For a softer texture, use 1½ tablespoons gelatin instead of 2. Avoid fresh pineapple, kiwi, or papaya juice, as they prevent gelatin from setting. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
