Description

Instructions

  3. In a separate large bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir just until combined—do not overmix.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
  6. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups, filling about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool muffins on a wire rack before serving.
