Pumpkin Spice Truffles are creamy, spiced, and chocolate-coated treats that capture the magic of fall. Made with pumpkin puree, cream cheese, graham cracker crumbs, and warm pumpkin pie spice, these no bake truffles are easy to prepare and perfect for holiday gatherings, gifts, or festive parties.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1–2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
- 12 oz white chocolate or dark chocolate for dipping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, cream cheese, pumpkin pie spice, graham cracker crumbs, vanilla extract, and sugar if using. Mix until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour until firm.
- Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate truffle balls for another 30 minutes.
- Melt white or dark chocolate in a heat-safe bowl. Dip each truffle, coating fully, and place back on the tray.
- Let chocolate harden completely, refrigerating for 15 minutes if needed.
- Drizzle with contrasting chocolate for decoration if desired.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months. For gifting, pack in decorative boxes with parchment layers. Use either white or dark chocolate for coating depending on your taste preference.
