Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar together in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix until smooth and combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cream of tartar.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing slowly until fully blended.
- Add the instant pudding mix and continue mixing until the dough is soft and slightly thick.
- Form dough balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them in red and green sprinkles.
- Place on baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes or until edges are lightly golden but centers remain soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
