Description

This Strawberry Lasagna is a creamy, layered no bake dessert featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, rich cream cheese filling, fresh strawberries, and a fruity strawberry gelatin topping.   • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package strawberry gelatin
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly coated.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust and refrigerate until firm.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until light and creamy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese layer evenly over the chilled crust.
  6. Arrange the sliced fresh strawberries evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in hot water, then stir in the cold water and allow it to cool slightly.
  8. Carefully pour the cooled gelatin over the strawberries.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until fully set.
  10. Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

For the cleanest layers, chill each layer before adding the next. Fresh strawberries provide the best flavor, but thawed and well-drained frozen strawberries can also be used. For best results, prepare the dessert a day ahead so the layers set completely and the flavors blend beautifully.
