Description

These Strawberry Santas are the ultimate no-bake holiday desserts  adorable, light, and festive. Made with fresh strawberries and creamy filling, they’re the perfect guilt-free treat for your Christmas dessert table. Simple, fun, and bursting with flavor, these bite-sized Santas are sure to delight both kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries (large and firm)
  • 4 oz whipped cream cheese or mascarpone
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Mini chocolate chips or melted chocolate for eyes
  • Piping bag fitted with small round tip
  • Optional: almond extract or lemon zest for flavor variation

Instructions

  1. Wash and gently pat the strawberries dry.
  2. Cut off the green tops to create a flat base, then slice off the pointed tips to make Santa hats.
  3. In a bowl, mix whipped cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag with a small round tip.
  5. Pipe a swirl of filling onto the base of each strawberry to create Santa’s face.
  6. Place the strawberry tip back on top as a hat, and add a small dot of filling at the top as a pom-pom.
  7. Use mini chocolate chips for eyes.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  9. Optional: Lightly dust with powdered sugar or edible glitter for a snowy, festive touch.

Notes

Use firm strawberries to keep the Santas standing upright. Chill the filling before piping for better structure. These treats are best served fresh within 24 hours. For a dairy-free option, substitute coconut whipped cream. To make keto-friendly Santas, use powdered erythritol instead of sugar.
