- 1 tablespoon ground cumin

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Measure all spices carefully.
- Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to a small mixing bowl.
- Stir thoroughly until the mixture is evenly combined.

Notes
