- 2 cups apple cider
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 1 cup pomegranate juice (optional)
- 1–2 cups ginger ale or ginger beer
- 1 orange, sliced
- 2–3 cinnamon sticks
- 4–5 whole cloves
- Fresh cranberries, for garnish
- Fresh apple slices, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine apple cider, cranberry juice, and optional pomegranate juice.
- Add orange slices, cinnamon sticks, and cloves. Stir well.
- Chill for at least 1 hour to let the flavors infuse.
- Just before serving, pour in ginger ale or ginger beer for fizz.
- Garnish each glass with fresh cranberries and apple slices before serving.
Notes
For best results, use chilled juices. Add ginger ale at the last moment to keep the fizz. Rim glasses with cinnamon sugar or add rosemary sprigs for extra festive flair.
