Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 4 cups apple cider
- 1½ cups spiced rum (optional)
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- Fresh apple slices (for garnish)
- Fresh cranberries (for garnish)
- Cinnamon sticks (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine orange juice, cranberry juice, and apple cider.
- If making an alcoholic version, stir in spiced rum.
- Add pumpkin pie spice and mix until dissolved.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with maple syrup if desired.
- For a cold punch, add ice and garnish with apple slices, cranberries, and cinnamon sticks.
- For a warm punch, gently heat the mixture in a pot until steaming (not boiling), then serve in mugs with garnishes.
Notes
Make ahead by mixing juices and spices a day before your gathering and refrigerating. Add alcohol and garnishes just before serving. For a non-alcoholic version, skip the rum or top with sparkling water or ginger ale.
