- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Pat the trout fillets dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place the trout fillets skin side down in the hot skillet.
