- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons corn (optional)
- 1 tablespoon dill relish or chopped capers
- 1 whole wheat tortilla (10-inch)
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- Optional: fresh spinach or arugula
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together tuna, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, pepper, corn, and relish or capers until well combined.
- Lay the tortilla flat and sprinkle half the cheese over the surface.
- Add the tuna mixture evenly over the cheese layer.
- Top with optional spinach or arugula and sprinkle remaining cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wrap seam side down.
- Grill for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve immediately for the perfect warm and crispy finish.
Notes
Use skipjack tuna for a low-mercury option. To meal prep, store the filling in an airtight container for 1–2 days and assemble fresh wraps as needed. For extra crispiness, reheat the wrap in a skillet or air fryer before serving.
