Description

Yogurt panna cotta is smooth, creamy, and lightly tangy with a silky texture that feels fancy but is incredibly easy to make. This light dessert is perfect for any occasion and can be customized with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • Milk
  • Plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • Gelatin or agar agar
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold milk and let it bloom for a few minutes.
  2. Gently heat the milk on low heat and stir in sweetener.
  3. Stir until gelatin fully dissolves without boiling the mixture.
  4. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt with vanilla extract.
  6. Slowly pour the cooled milk mixture into the yogurt while stirring gently.
  7. Pour the mixture into jars or molds.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  9. Serve with fresh fruit, honey, or crunchy toppings if desired.

Notes

Do not overheat the milk or add hot liquid to yogurt to avoid splitting. Chill long enough for the perfect creamy texture.
